The Miramar Cultural Center/ArtsPark was created to celebrate creativity and diversity within the city. This landmark is a vibrant, urban destination located in the heart of the Miramar Town Center, situated adjacent to our City Hall. Centrally located, the Center is visible and accessible from Red Road, Miramar Boulevard and Hiatus Road. The Center consists of an 800-seat theater, an art gallery, banquet facilities, a full-service kitchen, rehearsal halls, a botanical garden, and more. Within walking distance, you will find a main library, shops, restaurants, and fitness center. It is the perfect place to see a live performance, enjoy a day of family fun, have a meal, attend a lecture, or stroll through the galleries. Cultural arts remains the door that opens a child’s mind to a wealth of experiences. Nostalgia happens when you paint your first masterpiece or memorize your part in a play. Those memories will last a lifetime. Collaboration & Community The Miramar Cultural Center/ArtsPark is a collaborative effort of many who share a fundamental commitment to the arts as essential to building a strong and vibrant community. The project is funded in part by Broward County through the Broward County Board of Commissioners with proceeds from 2000 Safe Parks & Land Preservation Bond. The Center also acknowledges the support of the State of Florida Department of State, Division of Cultural Affairs, the Florida Arts Council, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
