DATOS GENERALES
Descripción de la Organización
In January 2024, the Réunion des musées nationaux - Grand Palais became GrandPalaisRmn. Under this new name, the cultural operator will continue to carry out its mission of promoting access to culture throughout France and beyond.
GrandPalaisRmn brings together a wealth of expertise in the artistic and cultural fields: exhibition production, visitor services, mediation, art history conferences, publishing, museum shop management and cultural product publishing, art workshops, photographic agency, acquisition of works of art for national collections, cultural engineering, digital innovation, etc.
These areas of expertise enable it to play a unique role in the world of culture, with one ambition: to bring art to as many people as possible, art from every culture, from every period and in every form.
In March 2021, the Grand Palais, the symbol of the institution, closed its doors to enter a phase of major works designed to restore it to its original splendour. As this intense project draws to a close, the building is beginning a new chapter in its history: during the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the restored Nave became the venue for the fencing and taekwondo events, then the fairs and exhibitions returned to this setting in the autumn, and it is in the entire Grand Palais that visitors will be able to discover a festive, abundant and inclusive programme in the spring of 2025.
In Paris, at the Musée du Luxembourg, and throughout France, the GrandPalaisRmn is deploying its skills in ambitious and innovative projects.
