Sara Kamalvand

Sara Kamalvand is an artist and architect based in Paris. Her projects address issues such as climate change, resource depletion and the ecological footprint through heritage, conservation and memory. Since 2012 she has been working on the qanat network, an ancient water infrastructure at the origin of the Persian civilization. In 2020 she published her first book on the city of Tehran. She is currently exhibiting her research on Madrid at Casa Arabe.
