Since february 2021, a photograph by Maryland-based artist Muriel Hasbun is part of the Whitney Museum collection. The work “¿Sólo una sombra/Only a Shadow?”, part of “Saints and Shadows” series, has been acquired by the institution. The work addresses migration and identity, from the artist perspective and own experience.
