Marita works currently as a Curator at HIAP, Helsinki International Artists-in-Residence Programme. At the same time she runs together with the Russian curator Ivor Stodolsky the curatorial experiment ?Perpetualmobile? a ?a conduit and engine to bring together art, practice and enquiry.? Perpetualmobile participated at Manifesta Murcia in 2010. In previous years, Marita has been working for several Finish institutions that promote Nordic arts, such as FRAME and NIFCA, Nordic Institute for Contemporary Art.
