Daphne Klagkou (1996, Thessaloniki, Greece) is a multidisciplinary visual artist with a primary focus on ceramics and glass sculpture. She completed her integrated master's degree in Fine Arts at the Athens School of Fine Arts in 2021, and concluded a Master of Glass and Ceramics Art and Science at Vicarte (FCT NOVA and FBAUL), in 2024. Through her work, the artist explores the notions of interconnectedness and the complex dynamics of Greek society and identity, in order to understand power relations and social mechanisms, as well as reinterpret traditional and contemporary imagery. Klagkou is currently based in Athens and Lisbon.
