Cécile Bourne-Farrell, based in Saint-Ouen (France) and in the Povince of Cadix (Spain), is advisor and curator for private and public structures between France and Spain (www.nouveauxcommanditaires.org). After working for 7 Years at the Arc/Musée d'Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris, she's been mandated by the Fondation de France to develop a participative methodology for setting up public projects in Spain. She was the co-curator of 'Copresences ', with A.Karroum (Rabat) and A-M. Morice (Saint-Denis). Cécile curated 'RondPoint' at the fine arts schools of Nantes and Kinshasa (RDC), and 'You Talked/I Listen' at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum, Taiwan and Ferme du Buisson, France. She writes extensively on artists that are concerned by global issues for catalogues & magazines, including recently for Pilar Albarracin (Catalogue of La Maison Rouge, Paris), Shen Yuan (Aktar Edition, Barcelona), and Huang Yong Ping (Anne de Villepoix Gallery, Paris). She takes frequently part of juries and has been advisor for Drac Ile de France and CNAP, commitee-member of Nmac/Montenmedio (2003-01) and she is an active member of Aica France and IKT. Cécile curates Younes Rahmoun's Al-Ana/Huna project in Spain, and she has written on the project for the MultiPistes publication.
