the 'Dust bowl' was a climate event that happened in the USA in the 30s. 'The grapes of wrath' speaks of the suffering of people affected by this disaster caused by the destruction of the grasslands of the American Midwest and the emigration of 3 million people to California. On that road they were robbed, exploited, enslaved, violated by the greed of a few.//
