The Way They Looked at Each Other (undated) by Mario García Torres (1975, Monclova, Mèxic) considers the significance of the delay implicit in revisiting any photographic snapshot-such us forensic images that are part of an investigation of a war crime in Baghdad, Iraq-and questions what they reveal about the visual politics of our times.
