Descripción del Premio
BONFIRE is a non-profit cultural organization for research and diffusion in contemporary arts. It currently takes the form of an online platform providing space for gathering and cooperation between artists and agents of the cultural field. By hosting digital artist residencies we encourage interaction, provoke new dialogues and reflections around the creative process, offer tools to the new lifestyle and media as well as support to develop new projects.
The current call is open for participation in the upcoming thematic residency THE LOOP.
We offer a full programme with weekly group meetings, mentoring and coaching of projects, meetings with professional guests who bring new perspectives on the theme of the residency, masterclass with a specialist in digital branding, open studios, dissemination and promotion, personal profile and gallery on our website and much more!
The programs are open to visual artists, performing artists, writers in a expanded filed, art researches... from 21 years old, solo or duo, emerging, mid-career or established ones, from all around the world. Candidates will be selected based on their work and professional background, as well as their motivation to be part of the program. Applications are free of charge.
The residency fee is 220€. At the moment, we cannot offer personal funding but we can provide you with the necessary documentation in case you want to apply for an external grant.
