Eugenio Recuenco´s work is characterized by an artistic vision of high recognition value. Photography and staging intertwine, creating complex textual and metaphorical pieces often inspired by art history, cinema, society, and history. This results in opulent and surreal works executed with technical perfection and aesthetic finesse. The pieces are based on emotional depth that leads to narrative complexity. These innovative approaches and artistic originality are unmistakable in the exhibition "Las Mil y Una Noches." It serves as a summary of the project in which the artist is involved, addressing themes ranging from the woman's transformative power in "Woman in the Night," the societal decline in "Naufragos," to exploring the cartography of the human body and mind in relation to sex in "Fulgor y Delirio." It is evident that Eugenio Recuenco's body of work has had a lasting impact on contemporary photography and the art market.
