Anuca Aísa's first Solo Exhibition at our Madrid Gallery brings together a curated selection of 13 works by the artist, that even if belonging to formally different photographic series, have a common characteristic: they portrait vague objects with an often ignored rich symbolism.
"In a forest of symbols our senses wander, lost in the memory of a tempting beauty. An ethereal moment reminds us of vanished souls. dancing in the emptiness of our thoughts. The enigmas of the past haunt your dreams, uniting the vices of vanity with the need to love. What paths do we travel in the search for meaning? Our ephemeral existence; our fragile beauty; the idea of a happy ending, corrupted by rnan's inertia."
