Descripción de la Exposición

Join Eduardo Kac for a solo exhibition focusing on his landmark space artwork Inner Telescope presented by Galeria Charlot and the CNES (the French space agency) to commemorate the forthcoming book on the work by Kac. The artist himself will be present at the opening to sign a limited run of a special edition of his book, which includes a new hand-signed print especially created for the book. Realized aboard the International Space Station with the cooperation of French astronaut Thomas Pesquet, this work was created specifically for existence in outer space and was made by Pesquet, with Kac's instruction, entirely in outer space. Both a reflection and a tool for observation, Inner Telescope brings new artistic attention to our position in the universe. A standard edition of the book will also be available.
