Descripción del Premio ------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------- Imagery Dimension will honor those creators who virtuously synthesize innovative technology and outstanding artistic talent within the following categories: plastic, photography, technologic, short film and audiovisual contemporary art. The festival's expert jury will award 50 prizes, including $3,500 in cash, promotional awards worth $60,000 and participation in 2012 Hamptons Auction. Five extra prizes will be awarded based on public vote. The Festival will be held online starting January 19, 2012, and presented to the contacts of all media collaborators as well as to the 120,000 VideoArtWorld subscribers, included among them are curators, galleries, institutions, collectors and related professionals in the field. English language is the chosen language for the online Festival, therefore English descriptions and subtitles when needed are recommended. Each participant can submit an unlimited number of works and/or projects, with a minimum of 4 works. The participant is responsible for the content published, as well as the authorship and credits disclosed. Jury will especially praise the innovation applied within techniques, materials and mediums, both digital and analog, as well as the conceptual relevance and technical abilities shown through the author's complete body of work, and not through a single work. Applicant will show profile and artistic production trajectory online at the festival website: www.imagerydimension.com. Postal mail and/or emails will not be accepted. The organization is not responsible for receiving unwanted materials. Imagery Dimension holds the right to ask for images or excerpts from works for publicity matters, limited to the festival promotion. All commercial and intellectual property rights are and will be reserved to the author, who can, at any given time, modify and/or eliminate all his/her data. Through the online festival, all participants will have online his/her profile and body of work (fully or partially) active and accessible to public until the end of the festival. Those not awarded, but with a positive rating, will be welcome to keep their profile active online without any maintenance costs, available for future Imagery Dimension activities and related open calls. Awards: Cash prizes abide by the tax system of Spain. Promotional awards consist of the winner's non-exclusive professional representation by Imagery Dimension Agencies, regarding consulting, international promotion, sales and exhibition rights distribution, with a 30% commission rate on the commercial use of the work, always in collaboration with author's other agencies, producers, distributors and/or galleries. Non-finished projects can also be presented for crowdfunding online proposals.

Artistas innovadores pueden participar desde hoy en su convocatoria online accesible en la website: http://www.imagerydimension.com Imagery Dimension está dirigido a creadores que sintetizan virtuosamente tecnología innovadora y talento artístico en las categorías de: fotografía, plástica, tecnología, cortometraje y arte audiovisual contemporáneo. El jurado de expertos revisarán los portfolios, otorgando 50 premios, incluyendo $3,500 en metálico, la participación en la Subasta Hamptons 2012 y becas de promoción por valor de $60,000. El voto del público también decidirá 5 premios extra. Una vez concluya el festival el participante podrá mantener su perfil online sin coste, para participar en futuras convocatorias y recibir propuestas de nuestra red internacional de comisarios y programadores.
