Composed by fragments of masonry collected by the artist, for several months in a remodeling work in the center of the city of Lisbon, this piece, designed for KUBIKULO with a "deconstructive" content, reveals the artist's way of operating, where she uses the city as a place of thought and as a laboratory to create.
Fernanda Fragateiro (Montijo, 1962) is interested in rethinking and testing modernist practices through continued research based on archives, materials and objects.
