Descripción de la Exposición

Galerie Isabelle Lesmeister in Regensburg, Germany, inaugurates the personal exhibition "Claroscuro" of Juan Eugenio Ochoa, winner of the "Artist in Gallery" prize of the 10th Arte Laguna Prize. "Claroscuro" is the first personal exhibition of Juan Eugenio Ochoa in Germany. On this occasion the artist shows several new works exploring the phenomenon of light. Borrowing an expression from the field of photography, you could describe all of his works as kind of overexposed. The brightness of light makes it almost impossible for the beholder to experience the image as a whole, as strong light makes our eyes dazzle. Juan Eugenio Ochoa was born in Medellin, Colombia, in 1983. He graduated in Medicine in 2007 and in 2013 he obtained a master's degree in Painting from the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan.
