Descripción de la Exposición
Galeria Luisa Strina presents Circulovisão, second exhibition by Jarbas Lopes at the gallery.
The union of two words names and brings out the meaning of the exhibition: interconnected works sharing perspectives for the vision, the physics and the poetics, between dualities that also perceive the spiritual, the pre-vision, the magnified vision in questions and abstract answers, which are the main purpose in the works Círculo Oráculo [Circle Oracle] and Exposição [Exhibition].
As a result of Jarbas Lopes’ continuous practice, the works are accommodated in a way to reaffirm the sensation of presence of those contemplating the exhibition, referring to an installation, but maintaining the independence of each part. There will be paintings, that gain the space emphasizing the importance of the weaved canvas as surface and as base, sculptures and object.
