Are you passionate about cultural diversity, inclusion and storytelling? Do you want to connect with other young changemakers and develop skills to gain practical tools to lead with impact? Join the BOLD Youth Exchange Programme, where you will explore leadership, creativity and advocacy in an immersive international experience!
About the Project:
BOLD (Brave, Open, Leaders in Diversity) is Youth Exchange that brings together young people from diverse backgrounds to engage in creative expression, digital storytelling and dialogue with socio-cultural professionals and policymakers. Through interactive workshops, cultural visits and collaborative projects, participants will gain skills to foster inclusive communities and drive social change.
We’re looking for:
Young people aged 18-30 who are passionate about cultural diversity, inclusion and storytelling.
Residents of Spain.
Individuals with some experience in the culture field – art students, artists, starting culture workers, etc.
Motivated individuals willing to actively participate and share their experiences.
No prior experience in storytelling or leadership is required – just curiosity and enthusiasm!
Programme Highlights:
Engaging icebreakers and team-building activities.
Creative workshops on art, media and digital storytelling.
Engaging discussions on inclusion, identity and intersectionality within diverse communities.
Hands-on video production projects.
Field visits to local initiatives supporting marginalized youth.
Interactive sessions with socio-cultural professionals and policymakers.
Cultural exchange activities and city explorations.
Brainstorming and planning for follow-up initiatives.

Location: Kotor, Montenegro
Dates: 13th – 21st September 2025
