Descripción de la Exposición

Body Ecologies presents a new performance piece by Louisa Martin that constitutes the third and last chapter of the programme. For Body Ecologies Martin will present ''Dress Rehearsal for a Lossless Body'', a new work for which she pursues her research into the conditions which structure and produce embodied experience, and how the possibilities for these conditions might be exercised towards new freedoms. Through a 25 minute immersive piece involving sound, light and props ''Dress Rehearsal for a Lossless Body'' revolves around the absence of a performing body and encourages the somatic experiences of the viewer to take centre stage. Louisa Martin (b. 1983, London, UK) lives and works in London.
