Descripción de la Exposición ALVARO MATIAS BALANGERO Photographic Modular Compositions Painting with Photos Series Painting with Photos is about Works of Art made from images of nature. It all started by taking photos in the courtyard of a house for more than a year, capturing the plant and insectivorous micro-world and their amazing designs and colors, using the camera as a magnifying glass. The idea of performing works of art from the joining of modules, without manipulating colors, arises from playing with these images. The idea is simple, but the result is complex and astonishing. Suggestive, magical and stunning shapes appear in chromatic harmony while respecting the colors of nature. The imagination is triggered in such a way that one doubts whether they are pictures or paintings.
