Descripción de la Exposición
Some things are coming back – a kind of tent, a small hand, something looking like a capsule, an elliptic form. Square forms, grey and brownish grey is seen in many of the paintings. I have wanted to try how the center of gravity can change through variation.
I want the gaze to not get stuck to one simple spot on the pictures surface, the thing that hits you like a small hole or an arrow shot directly at you, the Punctum, put beside Studium, a more undetermined way of seeing. It could be like that your eye can oscillate between these two interests or forms of attention.
You can maybe associate to a desert landscape, a cut out that has neither a beginning nor an end. The indefinite is alien also to me, I want the picture to surprise me and to tell me when it is saturated.
