Descripción de la Exposición ------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------- A selection of clips from the odds and sods of the Spanish independent music scene. In its second year, Cut Here will present a selection of some of the best music clips from Spain in the 21st Century. Expect not only great songs, since the criteria does not focus merely on the originality and the effectiveness of translating a song into images: the value of music clips goes beyond the song itself, beyond the moving images regarded as a short film or a form of advertising. Music clips are a work of art in itself. Have you ever fallen in love with a clip, recording it in the old video tapes or watching it again and again on YouTube? The best music clips combine the effects that music and films have upon us: they tell stories and scenarios where we would like to go and live for a while (or at least, pay a visit); they make us feel angry, sad, energetic, nervous, rebellious or romantic. Cut Here is a great way to discover cool songs but, even more so, you will take with you the images of truly special video gems.
