Descripción de la Exposición

One of the foremost contemporary Cuban painters, part of a generation of international artists who have lived and worked in the USA for the past two decades and paved the way for new kinds of painting. The exhibition traces special focus on a discrete cycle of works which is testimony to both the time and place of its making, and shows the artist's growth and development and his concern about the nature of imagination, the evocative nature of memory and the passage of time. Curated by Dr. Barbaro Martinez-Ruiz.
